Edit : Right after I posted this, Erik (yes Erik, the one I spoke about nicely) called and said that since I posted the bad review, they were just going to not send the the correct visors they verbally promised me. So I guess extortion is a new game they play, and EVEN he is involved. As if this place couldn’t get any worse. It just went from 1 redeeming quality, to nothing. This place is now single handed the worst establishment I have ever dealt with. It’s okay though, because with the amount of reviews I’m going to leave, hopefully we can save almost everybody from ever having to interact with this place! | Original Post; | Sorry Erik….(to be clear, Erik was great to deal with as a human being, but due to Erik’s business partner being as terrible as he is, this place does NOT deserve a held back review) | The proper rating would be about a negative 6 star. One of the most horrific customer service instances you will ever read on the internet – | Car was purchased on 05/03/19. Purchase seemed to go smoothly. Worked with Erik. Erik was actually pleasant and is a 50/50 owner with Jason. | Wife opened visors before buying and the mirror glass was shattered. Poured shattered glass on her. | Original promise was for 2 new visors, and replacement tires. | Tires came. Those were replaced. | Visors still have not come in. Days when sun is bad, can’t use the car during those certain hours when sun is in face. | Wife wasn’t happy about the delay for visors, so she made an UPDATE to her already existing review. | Jason called my wife. This is when experience went from a 4 star, to a negative 6 star. | This “man”, literally starts screaming at my wife, calling her “sweetheart” and “girlfriend” right after she picks up the phone, saying it’s not fair to edit her review based on this. He then proceeds to tell my wife that when the visors finally do get there (since they were ordered), he’s just going to send them back, and hangs up on my wife. He then decides to get inappropriate even further and starts messaging her on facebook, inferring she is ugly. | This has now gone from horribly inappropriate, to illegal. I call him myself, and he persists to talk over me, tells me “this ain’t his first rodeo”. He tells me that I said I’m not going to pay them, when in fact I simply said I’m going to hold off on paying them for that day (because I don’t trust giving this a*shole my credit card info). | He then just continuously speaks over me (nonstop like a child) and repeats over and over, that I will be responsible for late fees and charges I may incur, and that we were “given a second chance loan, and now they see why I needed that, since I’m clearly trying to avoid paying, and that they would just come repossess the car”. | He wouldn’t let me speak, so I just laughed at him after about 30 seconds of him doing this. At this point, the payment wasn’t even late. (For the record, I just paid the day after when I was able to speak with Erik) He then in conversation with ME, accuses my wife of posting slanderous things all over the internet (it was 1 post, which pales in comparison to how many I’m about to create) (news flash, it’s libel if it’s in writing, not slander), and it only qualifies as libel if it’s factually untrue and NOT an opinion. Everything stated online was accurate, as is this post. | At this point, wife is scared that this man has access to our address information, as in MY OPINION, he is behaving as if he is on some type of drug that makes him hyper-aggressive and scary to deal with. | Had to call day after (which is today) to set up auto payment with Erik. Confirmed payment was taken from bank. | As nice as you are Erik, the employees you work with are going to completely destroy your business, and there’s not going to be much you can do to save it. Sell your half. Fast. | Again, sorry Erik, but my integrity tells me to post this review in as many places as possible, to warn them of the pending experience they may have with your co-workers. I know you work hard, and you were really nice, but that doesn’t mean this is not a deserved review, and in no way is it a reflection of you, but of him, and how people may expect to be treated by your company. | If you feel like having your wife or girlfriend violated by your sales guy, along with her receiving inappropriate social media messages, and then for her to feel uncomfortable living in her own home for fear of some hot-headed sales guy showing up at your door with a threat of violence, buy here. | All over a review complaining about a visor taking too long. Sad.
