They scam people with terrible cars and service

Avoid Corpus Christi AutoPlex. That place is only filled with a bunch of crooks. I made a terrible mistake by trusting them and I advise everyone else to avoid making this mistake. You wouldn’t want to go through the experience I’m sharing here.

I purchased a car at Corpus Christi Autoplex, they promised the car is the deal and in perfect condition. I test drove the car and it sounded good on the engine and everything worked fine for me. A few weeks passed and problems started in the radiator. Water overheated and couldn’t drive this car from that problem.

This is an inconvenience to get to work on time and no car meant I had to hire a taxi for work and back home. I didn’t appreciate this mess I got myself into from the broken promises from the Corpus Christi AutoPlex.

The car stayed at the workshop for weeks on to get fixed and mechanics couldn’t find the fault on the car.

I know it’s the radiator and they didn’t believe me, and they weren’t sure of the problem. Mechanics aren’t qualified and don’t have a clue of car problems.

Their staff members don’t care for customer’s service and have no respect for making car repairs feel like a breeze.

I got fed up with the team at Corpus Christi AutoPlex and took my car to a professional mechanic for best and quicker results in repairs of the car.

Poor services and workmanship from the dealership discouraged me to leave my car with inexperienced and untrained mechanics. They don’t know the problem with my car and wasn’t sure if it is the radiator or the gasket.

Employees don’t prioritize customers, and this isn’t a good image for a company.

I got fed up in the handling of paperwork and of car purchase at Corpus Christi AutoPlex. This car problem has caused me frustration and stressful days for a long wait and to have encountered the unknowledgeable work team didn’t get much of a positive view for me.

These people don’t consider the customer care and the need for pleasing a customer a priority for the company.

I felt disappointed, dissatisfied and alone in this car issue and with unfriendly people at the car dealership.

They don’t deliver to customers what is advertised and these poorly managed companies with poor management don’t allow me to recommend this car dealership. It is not worthy of valuable customers. I haven’t experienced anything positive with this car company, and I regret buying my car there. I didn’t receive what was promised to me and I don’t feel comfortable in working with an unprofessional team of mechanics who don’t have a clue to spot the problem in the car as they see it or start up the car. It disappoints me to have nothing good from this place and a professional company will give you the best of every service as requested by a customer. I didn’t receive what I requested and don’t care for such unprofessional companies.
