Hired Eric J. Corrente of Corrente Building Contractors Inc, also known as Woodbridge Remodeler for a $100K + job, promised to take 2-3 months. Took 7+ months, and he disappeared with over$30k of work left to do. He didn’t pay his many of his (unlicensed, uninsured) sub contractors, now they’re calling me for payments. Completely disappeared – he got evicted from his office for non-payment of rent. He also didn’t pay the dumpster company, they said his credit card was declined after racking up $1k unpaid debt with them. Over the course of 7 months, he literally never swung a hammer. Just sat there… and made dramatic phone calls to who knows… Desired resolution: pay us back the amount it took us to complete the original contract. NJ License # 13VH00346100 – do not hire.
