My experience at Co’s BMW Center was not great right from the moment I stepped into the place to buy a new car for my parents. I had been saving up money to gift my parents a car on their 30th wedding anniversary. The only BMW Dealership located near me was Co’s BMW Center. I knew other dealerships around me too but since I wanted to go for a BMW, I thought that going to an authorized BMW Dealership would be better than going to any other place (I realized later that I was wrong about this). I had been researching suitable cars for some time and the only cars that seemed interesting to me were the ones made by BMW. I remembered my father once told me that he likes Sedans and so I narrowed down the search range. I looked for sedans online and after some time, I found out the perfect one which checked out all the requirements. I searched the car in the online inventory of Co’s BMW Center and luckily, I found it. The only thing that was left for me to do was to go down to the showroom and check out the car myself.
After completing work at the office, I went down to Co’s BMW. I saw that there were a lot of people in the showroom and it kind of surprised me to see so many people on a workday. I tried looking around but I could not find any salesperson. Even when I approached thee, manager of the place, he kind of ignored me. I had no option other than standing and waiting for the crowd to thin out. After almost an hour, my wait ended when I saw that a salesperson was roaming around. I instantly ran towards him and requested him to show me the car. After seeing the name, he called up someone and confirmed the availability and unfortunately, the car was not there. I was about to request him to show me around when the manager called him up to meet another client. The anniversary was in a week and I had a flight to catch the very next morning. Even when I tried telling this to the manager, he told me to come back the next day. He was not even willing to listen. I had understood by then that none of the employees, including the manager, had any sense of professionalism. I was shooed away by the manager when I asked him for help. Since I did not enough time to wait for more humiliation, I walked out of there and because of the behaviour I was subjected to at Co’s BMW Center, I decided to not buy a BMW at all. I gifted my parents an Audi on their anniversary and I could not have been happier with my experience at the Audi Dealership. It was a hundred times better than how I was treated at Co’s BMW Center.
I would not recommend anyone to go to Co’s BMW Center because of the mere fact that it is a slap on the reputation of BMW and its reputation.
