In response to greedy hotel owner: thank you for backing up up my complaint. When checking into a hotel after driving 9 -10 hrs, already under a stressful situation, I didn’t feel like I had to read all the fine, fine, fine print saying I needed to give ample amount of notice before checking out which we did. Isn’t that what hotels are used for in the 1st place, to get off the road for a rest!!! Not this one!!!!! Bring your thinking caps & your law degree travelers, no rest for the weary here….
