Sent wrong moped. | County Imports took 32 days to send a moped. | Not corresponding to fix the problem. | Ignoring phone calls. | No emails when promised. | Ordered moped on 5/12/2016-recieved moped on 6/14/2016 late. Opened the box to find the wrong moped (that was scratched up in several places). Truck driver did not deliver to apt.like promised. Driver would not take the moped back like he was required to do. Called County Imports and Mike started off about the moped I already bought and paid for being more expensive and beating me around the bush. None of the employees would let me talk to the management or owner. Mike promised to send email and did not. Troy promised to do something about it and they would be calling me. Still have not heard a word! No one has called, emailed or anything about this situation. Wayne was the sales person, although it was Troy (female) who took my order. The only way to can contact them is through the sales dept. Otherwise they keep their voicemail full at all times so you cannot leave a message.
