10 July at courts mammoth USJ 1 subang jaya. We bought shoes rak but went we try to fix it seem like the stuff of the rak not enough. Then 2nd day we asked the staff that served us yesterday. He forget to give us another box it must be 2 boxes he only give us 1 box. Then my mom found the shoes rak the he give to us not the same what we saw the display that we want. When we ask him he say it”s same then open the box and it”s not same at all. He keep wasting our time by standing there without make any solution. Then I ask them to return money he seem like mad. I”m very disappointed of their service. Service like sucks and the staff don”t know how to apologize. And try to making faces to customers. Is this how you guys treat the customer.

Previous complaint : 7/3/2019 I would like to complaint about debt collector that have been appointed by courts mammoth malaysia, euro prestasi & partners (m) sdn bhd. The manager named Siti Norashida is very rude calling my office line & yelling at me, my colleagues & even to my office director eventhough I have given them my personal contact number. She also humiliate me by revealing my details to third party which is not right & really unprofessional based on personal data protection act 2010. She also called my human resourse department asked them to take action and terminate my service if im not paying them. I have lodge a police report number report:sg. Bln 2 2015 sy telah membawa segala bukti bergambar brsama dgn report polis ke cm utk tuntutan insurans. Semasa sy mmbawa sgla bukti ke cm, staff di bhgn payment menasihatkn kami utk tidak perlu membuat sebarang pembayaran sehingga tuntutan insurance selesai. Bln 6 2015, kami menerima panggilan ugutan dari pihak debt collector yg menyatakan bayaran bulanan kami trtunggak selama 6 bln, sdgkn kami ketika itu masih menunggu jwpn dr pihak insurance. Apabila kami ke cm kb, staff mmberitahu tuntutan kami tdk berjaya krn kami berpindah ke alamat lain, staff cm mmberitahu, kami sepatutnya memaklumkn pihak cm ttg pertukaran alamat sedangkan semasa kami sign agreements pihak cm langsung tidak memaklumkn bhwa kami tidak boleh berpindah semasa dlm agreements. Sudah 2 kali kami membuat aduan bertulis tetapi pihak cm tidak langsung membantu atau mengambil tindakan trhadap aduan kami. Bln 12 2015 kami tlh ke cm utk membuat rayuan sekali lagi tetapi masih tiada jawapan. Adakah kami perlu membuat aduan ke tribunal pengguna utk menyelesaikan mslh kami dan tidak adil utk kami membayar barangan yang telah musnah akibat bencana alam. Mohon tindakan segera.

A month ago I bought 50 inch Samsung Smart TV (S. O No. [protected]) and was offered to buy 2 items on a special deal at only rm2 (Iron and Blander). After payments are being made suprisingly at the last minute the sales person told me they dont have the stocks ready for the two speacial deal items. They promised to call me when it availble to collect! But they didnt. Instead I have to waste my time and energy to keep follow up things that I already bought but I never get! went there countless time and they ask me to wait and wait. to make matters worst, Finally they they told me the sales person who handling me has resign. How convenince!! It may only cost rm2 but where is the sense of Integrity and prinsiple in COURTS MAMMOTH?? You shouldnt put up the deals if you dont plan to have the items in hand! Thats more like a scam and thieves!!

Account num : [protected] I have purchased goods from courts a few year ago, I have also walked in to the subang jaya branch, spoke to the cashier, asked for a final amount & made the full payment as per advised. Recently, when I checked on my ccris report, courts appeared as a company that I am still owing, it states that amount of rm 3, 392.00. I was shocked, thus called your 1800 number only to be directed to another number. When I called, I was advised that they are unable to check on the system & advised me to call back. When I did call back, they advised me that I owed them rm 4116.39 & I have to pay rm 3705.00. My question is why should I pay when I have gone in to your subang branch to make a settlement?! I want this sorted out asap, it is ridiculous when you’ve settled the payment & you have a bad record because courts did not update their system.

Aduan ini adalah bertujuan untuk syarat aduan susulan kepada Bank negara malaysia jika pihak pemberi hutang tidak mengambil tindakan sewajarnya. 1) pihak pemungut hutang dari court menghubungi pelanggan dengan tutur kata yang tidak baik contohnya ” kalau dah hutang tu bayar lah” dengan nada keras” 2) menyamar sbg. Ahli mahkamah tinggi dan mengugut untuk membawa polis untuk membuat tangkapan dipejabat saya bekerja. 3) Menelefon ahli keluarga dan majikan bermakna membocorkan butiran peribadi peminjam. 4) menampal notis merah dipagar rumah dan diberikan kepada jiran. Memalukan penghutang dan membocorkan maklumat penghutang kpd. Pihak ketiga. Semua diatas adalah satu kesalahan serius dibawah akta undang2 sebagai pemungut hutang. Kutip hutang tidak salah tapi cara sebagai pengutip hutang haruslah bersesuaian dgn. garis undang2. Diharap pihak pengurusan tertinggi court dapat mengambil tindakan.saya pernah membuat aduan melalui telefon di cwg. Setapak tetapi kecewa dgn. jawapan diberi kerana sama macam bahasa pemungut hutang.

Agreement number [protected]. I made my settlement in 2015 and was told my file is closed by the collection company and was forced to settle within 2 months. I sent my payment screen shots to the phone number given back then as advised. Now after almost 2 years I get a message that I owe courts money again because of additional charges that has been imposed on my account. No one contacted nor told me 2 years ago when I settled and now I get a call from collection that I need to pay RM469. I was told then that I only needed to pay a sum of RM3573 (at the point of payment). I went to courts to print statement yesterday and see that there are additional charges. Is this how courts make their money with customers? Am I going to continue getting surprises like this from courts after every 2 years? I have paid more than the item amount when I settled. My lawyer has advised me to make a police report as well as this seems like cheating customers and making money. This is extremely unfair for your customers. Please waive this off and clear my settlement that was made and send me a letter of notification. Thank you

Back in January 2018, Courts had a promotion of 50% discount on selected item, thus I was interested to purchase a iphone X. When I checked with shah alam as to how do I go about it, I was advised i’m unable to proceed with the purchase via installment plan due to my current payment record is bad. I have an existing account with courts which was opened in 2017 and I been making prompt payment. My payments are made via my Maybank online banking account by the due date 27th of every month.in November 2017, I have moved to a different company thus my salary date is changed from 25th to 27/28 of every month. I received a call from the collection department requesting for payment which only 1 month due at that point of time. I explained my situation and requested for my due date to be changed. and the officer mentioned advised me to walk in to the nearest branch. This account was opened in Courts Mammoth Subang Jaya, and I walked in to the branch to request for change of due date. I was assisted by a malay female staff. I was advised my request will be put through in the following month BUT that was not the case! I have been charged with late charges and interest and my payment record has been tarnished! Hence I raised a complaint via courts call centre and I was assisted by Team leader QAYUM, I explained my situation and QAYUM tried his very best to help me out as what happened is not my fault and for me not to miss the promotion of the iphone X. after 2 weeks of waiting, he informed me that they have waived my late charges and changed my due date to 30th of each month however I still will not be able to make another purchase due to my payment record. I questioned him back why is that so when the fault is not mine. How can courts penalize their customers when its their staffs fault for not executing my request? TL QAYUM tried again to get in touch with their credit department but it was hopeless as there wasnt any feedback or reply from the credit department. hence I requested for an official letter to advise why am I still deemed as bad paymaster due to courts negligence? and if im not entitled for any purchase since courts is tagging me as bad pay master, why am I still receiving promotional SMS and letters?? and until today I have not received any sort of letter to address my concerns. Please note I have escalated this complaint to NCCC – Ref Num HUZ9V609. I demand for a letter of explanation for courts and also I want to courts to advise in the letter the current status of my payment records!

Beberapa tahun lepas, kami telah melangsaikan arrears sebanyak RM1, * dan pembayaran ansuran dibayar seperti biasa mengikut offer letter yang dipersetujui dengan pegawai ‘legal’ Courts cawangan Cheras. Walaupun installments dibayar, kami masih lagi diganggu dengan panggilan collector yang menyuruh kami membayar tunggakan. Sehinggalah pada hari ini, kami diganggu lagi oleh bahagian ‘Repossession’ Courts meminta kami menyelesaikan tunggakan atau berdepan risiko barang akan ditarik semula. Persoalannya sekarang, kenapa kami masih diganggu sedangkan tunggakan telah dibayar dan installments dibayar setiap bulan? Pihak ‘Repo’ mengatakan tunggakan tersebut adalah tunggakan late charges. Tunggakan late charges sebanyak RM1, * pulak tu?? Makanya, installments yang kami bayar setiap bulan tu (tanpa gagal) untuk apa? Kami buat pembayaran pun kena ganggu juga ke? Kalau tak bayar tu, memang wajar pihak Courts ambil tindakan. Minta penjelasan dari pihak Courts berkenaan hal ini.

Bought my entire house furniture with this company about 1 and half month ago and yet to receive any calls or delivery. Finally they call up for delivery but saying some items has been discontinue. Sales person does not even know how to note down customer phone number correctly and giving the reason of can’t reach customer line. Been directed here and there for some of their vendor and warehouse workers. Company website banner clearly stated (3-5 Work-day Delivery) – THIS IS NONSENSE I would never ever go for this company again! Would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

Butir-butir debt collector: – Phone number : [protected] – Bangsa : India (dari segi dialek bahasa) – Mengaku sebagai lawyer – Partner : berbangsa cina (private number) Saya tertunggak bayaran sebanyak RM1200. Collector call pada hari Isnin pukul 3 ptg (15/7/2019) dan menyuruh saya membuat pembayaran dalam tempoh 2 jam . Dia juga mengugut, jika tiada pembayaran, dia akan datang ke tempat kerja saya untuk berjumpa dengan majikan serta menghantar notis ke putrajaya. Saya berunding dengan dia dan diberi tempoh sehingga esok hari (16/7/2019) pada pukul 10 pagi. Saya bersetuju. kemudian, Pada 16/7/2019, pukul 9.00 pagi, saya whatsapp dia untuk berbincang dan mewakilkan suami saya untuk berurusan memandangkan saya sedang bekerja. Tetapi dia terus marah dan mengugut mahu hantar orang ke tempat saya bekerja untuk berjumpa dengan majikan saya.tanpa mendengar apa2 penjelasan daripada saya, dia terus maki dan meninggikan suara. kemudian saya dapat tahu, dia telah buat panggilan ke pejabat saya dan bercakap dengan nada kurang ajar terhadap majikan saya. Selepas itu saya dapat panggilan dari orang lain(berbangsa cina) marah dan jerkah saya mengatakan bahawa mereka sudah hampir ke tempat kerja saya. Hal ini amat memalukan saya.sedangkan saya tidak pun menolak untuk pembayaran.saya cuma mewakilkan urusan kepada suami saya. Dia telah menyebabkan saya malu dan menjatuhkan maruah saya pada majikan dan rakan sekerja saya. Saya jadi stress dan trauma untuk pergi ke tempat kerja. Ini menjejaskan hidup dan pekerjaan saya.Saya akan buat tindakan susulan dengan apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak courts terhadap saya. Continuation from the case 36854… On 2 September, I received a call for making an appointment for delivery of the replacement parts on 12 September. at 10 am. On 12 September, I waited from 10 am till 1 pm, but no one showed up. I called the customer service hotline, and they promised to get the warehouse department to revert my call. Unfortunately, no one called me after that. I purposely took a day off my work on 12 September to settle this issue. Now, one day of my annual leave seems wasted but no progress is made. 🙁

Customer Name : Sivanesvarar a/l Sathiasegaran Ic Num : [protected] I would like to lodge a complaint against the staff name Ms Badariah Abdullah (staff id : S04052) who is based at Courts Larkin Showroom. She had provide the wrong information on when the intallation can be made as I had bought a 60in Samsung UHD SMART LED TV and a wall mount tilt from Courts Larkin on 27th july 2017. She told me the intallation can be done in 4 to 5 days but when I did approach her after a week on 3rd aug 2017, she told me that she had forgotten about it and said it can be done the next day as of on 4th Aug 2017. but when I called back her on 4th aug, she raised her voice and told me that I have to wait and it cant be done immediately. When I asked her to provide me a time frame when the intallation can be made, she said as I had booked the installation under a 50% discount promotion, I have to wait and they will not provide me a date. but as per the conversation, if I were to buy the bracket from a person named Mr Amin of whom I have no idea of who he was, installation can be made immediately. But since I bought it from courts, I must wait for indefinite period before the installation can be made. As I was not satisfied with her reply, I insist her to provide me a time frame. But in reply, she disconnected my call.. when I tried to called her back, she rejected my call twice. The last time I tried to call her, she talk harsly to me again and hang up.. but after few minutes, she called me up and said the installation can be done by that afternoon itself. I rejected her offer and told her that I want get a full refund and talks to the branch manager. And on 4th Aug, when I meet up the assistant branch manager, En Alias Bin Januri, he listen to my explanation but not in full interest in customer”s satisfaction. He was doing his own work and I was not satisfied with the way he dealt with my problem. But somehow, I managed to get my total refund of rm70.75 and went back home. As per the wrong information by Ms Badariah Abdullah, she had make me to cancel all the plan I had on 4th aug 2017 as it the only off day for me in that week. I was totally not satisfied with her customer service.. she had the tendency to talk harshly to customers and this will reflect a very bad impression towards courts wholly.. hope a stern action can be taken against her or else I would need to seek for social network attention to make sure a action is taken against her. Dear Courts, Over a year ago we bought a pair of Alpha Hot Shower from Courts at Sri Damansara with “free installation”. Even though it was free, we did not expect such a shoddy installation by your appointed contractor. Just after a year, the water pipe started to leak and what we found out is that the problem was due to the absence of white tape (which only cost about RM1) that is normally applied at pipe joints. Please find attached the photos that we had taken which shows the shoddy installation. We do not wish to claim despite incurring repair cost but wish that something like this do not happen to other Courts customers in future. Thanks and very best regards.

Hello, i would to lodge a complain in which delivery should be sent to me on Thursday 29Nov.But due to an urgent matter ive called the salesguy at courts kajang as well as courts customer service hotline to reschedule on friday 30nov.at first the salesguy said he knows nothing and they said courts or the lorry driver will call one day before the delivery.but i have not received any call from courts or the lorry driver until today 30nov.everybody kept quiet.i cant even get the lorry driver hp number.then i tried to call the salesguy and customer service hotline.again they said they are not sure.the answer that I received was ” biasalah pernah jadik beberapa kali”. hi I am one of your customer that I have purchase some items some time ago under NRIC number [protected]. If you check your system the first time I buy, I bought a Samsung note 3 from rawang branch and the customer service who attended me is Ms.Lily a malay girl was wearing tudung. When I was using the phone, after sometimes the phone got snatched and I lodge a police report and submitted to the branch to that particular customer service officer. Then she told me that this phone is covered by insurance and I don’t have to pay for it. Then again after sometimes I even bought higher price range things from that same particular branch again. I bought A smart TV, King Size bed and frame, and a Samsung Home theater system. Just think logically if Courts block me as not a good pay master, how you think they even let me to buy even higher again using my NRIC? and more over I have paid and complete the second account. Now courts has put my name under CTOS and make my life miserable. Before I lodge a report to consumer or hire a lawyer for this hassels, let me tell you what has actually happen. Here you can see clearlyhow management dealing with customers. If they think I am not a good pay master, they must not have release the second account. Its because they have told me my things was insuared and accepted my report and signup for the second account. If I have finish paying the second accoun wit bigger amount, do you think I would fail to pay the first account with smaller amount? Think logically. Hi was order pioneer home theater on 28/2/19 at courts Kluang, Johor. The sales person who taking order is Muszaimi Mustafar and he is supervisor as well. My order number is [protected]. When i was order the product he mentioned that we get the product in 7-10 days. After two weeks there is no update from him and when i called him or whatsapp, he refuse to respond or update the status. Then i tried to call customer careline and asking for the update seems the salesperson no bother about it and i also have complain about the salesperson with them as well. After 2 or 3 days suddenly i received a called from the salesperson and he said “your product is here to collect” and i asked him “is it the product complete?” and he said “yes”. So finally its take almost two month seems he promise can arive by 7-10 days such as irresponsible person to update the status with customer. So drive from Mersing to Kluang courts for collect the product and it”s take nearly 3 hours to reach Courts Kluang. Once i reach the place the staff asked me to pay the balance and collect your product. Before i make the payment, i manage to find that the product is not complete. I asked them where is the missing item (sub woofer) and they said need to check with the salesperson. Unfortunately the salesperson is not there and the staff said he went out and will come back shortly. As well myself and the staff tried to called him and he didn”t answer the call. I was waiting for him for 1 hour and he still not show up. So i informed to the staff, I”m going out for a while and please call me once the salesperson is back. After 20 minutes i went back to the courts and the staff said the salesperson have came back and went to home already even they informed with him that customer waiting for him. So I”m really get angry because i travel 3 hours just because to collect the product and there is few irresponsible person so called courts staff. After that i told them that i need to talk with branch manager to inform the incident. But i really do not know what kind of people that courts hiring because the branch manager also refuse to face me even the branch manager can”t communicate in the phone with me but at the same time he can communicate with his staff.. What the hell is going on… Finally i refund the money and left the place with upset. Really that was my worse day, wasting my money, time, etc.. So here is my complain toward Courts Kluang. 1) Salesperson kluang – Muszaimi Mustafar * irresponsible person * refuse to face customer / show up when facing problem *cuatomer travel 3 hours to collect but the product not complete and there is no basic manners to say sorry. 2) Branch Manager kluang * irresponsible person * refuse to face customer / show up when facing problem 3) Staff kluang *Even they know the mistakes but trying to cover the sales person Please take serious action regarding this issue. When other staff of yours can call me and contact me on my mobile, why cant your staff by the name of “lini” from cheras contact me on my correct mobile number? And she has to lie that she is calling from cimb. How stupid can she be? I have 2+ months of outstanding n 4 more balance months to go only. I”ve been paying for the past 5 years, u think I will stop paying for the balance 4 months and let u ppl to take my things away is it? Do u think im that stupid? Hi, i want to complaint about BAD ATTITUDE of bukit tinggi branch manager when dealing with customer. I bought a laptop on 9 jan 2020 and left the laptop to format and should take laptop on 10 jan 2020. Unfortunately, the sale person called me and said he made a mistake which is wrongly price tag was displayed during the time i bought the laptop. The actual price is rm2599 instead of rm1699. Then i straight away go to court mammoth to discuss with their manager how to solve the problem but the time i met the manager she never smile and raise her voice when talking to me. She also mentioned it does not make sense to buy that laptop with rm1699 because it a latest version. How do i know it makes sense or not because i’m not working there, i’m your customer and only refer the price tag to buy your product. When i asked her how long the refund process she didn’t answer me and leave me to her staff to settle the problem while she sit at the counter staring at computer. As a manager she should responsible when dealing a matter like this not just leave to her staff and also should apologize to customer on behalf her staff no raising her voice to customer. Hi, my name is vikenes, I”m sending this email due to some clarification and disappointment service from courts. Previously my father has been bought some IT products under courts and 1 of the product has been took back from the courts company due to payment issue. After few years later now there is frequent calls from 03-[protected]/[protected] say that calling from courts if not able to pay the payment immediately will take action such as arrest warrant or court letter. I need to know that the product that has been purchase has been taken from the courts company then why still my father need to pay? what is the payment you trying to collect from us? I am here to lodge a complaint about one of your cashier at Courts Puchong Branch named NORAIDA. This happen on 7/7/2018 around 6.30pm to 8.45pm. She was a very rude staff and did not even have initiative to solve the problem. The problem occured when my husband”s Maybank Account was debited twice. She asked my husband to keyed in password 2 times which she claimed the first was cancelled and not successful. Luckily, my husband checked his account and confirmed that his account was debited twice. This NORAIDA asked us to settle with bank because she said her side only reflected once. This was bank system problem. Instead of trying to help us, she played with her phone in front of us. Plus she yelled at me and being very rude to us. I do not know how your system works but it is impossible that the first transaction (that she claimed “cancelled” was actually success), do not have any record at your side. How can this happen? This is two way transaction, debiting and crediting. How come your system only show the success one while the unsuccess do not appear (not even a record)? This cannot be happening because my husband”s account actually showed two times debiting. Back to story, we asked this girl to call up her manager. The manager came and try to solve our problem. After an hour I only found out that this NORAIDA actually WAVE my husband”s debit card on the first transaction. The amount was RM960.00, wave function have limited amount and as far as I know only cap at RM400.00. How come she can wave my husband”s card? After waving, my husband needs to keyed in password. Then she claimed it did not success and she do it again. This time successful. First things first, this NORAIDA made a mistake by waving the card without asking my husband”s permission. Waving is not something you can do without asking the owner”s card permission. We can sue her for this. This NORAIDA did not admit her mistake and she just walk away with a sour face when I asked her why did she wave the card without asking my husband”s permission. This was very rude attitude towards customer which cause unhappy experience to us. This type of attitude cannot be a frontliner. She carry an image of Courts. We were certainly not happy with the service and experience we gained at Courts with this type of rude girl. She made the mistake and did not admit, yet asked us to settle by ourselves without having any initiative to help us solve the problem. She even played with her phone at Cashier table while we in front of her trying to solve the problem. We spent more than 2 hours at Courts just to solve the problem created by NORAIDA. At least the manager have an initiative to call up the bank and try to solve the problem. Some more, she did not even apologize to us for yelling, making sour face, not smiling, and being rude. Please do something as we do not the same thing happen to your other customers. Luckily we checked the account. What if we did not checked the account? This can be happening again. Plus pls checked your system also why unsuccessful transaction did not appear or have any record at your side. It is not small amount of money. We need to wait up to 60 days to get the money back. I am about to give birth next month and of course we need to use a lot of money for it. I am here to lodge a serious and frustrating complaint about courts singapore’s so called extended warranty under its supashield. 3 and a half years ago I bought a sony 40inch bravia tv from courts. The sales person clearly being all caring and wanting me to extend my warranty and selling me the supsshield extended warranty package. After alot of persuasion I agreed. The seller did mention I will have 5 years of no worries with my tv. Accidental coverage is also included for that time. He made it sound like it is a good deal. So I accepted. Recently after 3 and half years later while renovating house I accidentally cracked the tv screen. So I thought no worries called the extended warranty hotline and got confirmation that the person will call me back to make arrangements for coming to repair. But no calls till afternoon. When at last I called them, the extended warranty departnment responded that my extended warranty doesnt cover accidental coverage for 5 years only 3 years. I was so angry, first of, no one bothered to call me back. There goes for courts caring for its customers. Secondly I was lied to and given a misguided warranty talk about how good the warranty is… When courts want to sell you somethin they will sweet talk you into giving your money. But when something happens to your courts product. What does courts do. Nothing. Not even replying to you. When asked what can I do, cos I just want to solve my current tv screen crack problem. Courts suggested that I buy a new tv from them. To all those out there who is seeing this email. Please do not trust courts and its sellers who just want to sell you anything and refuse their aftersell service. Because for courts there is no aftersell service.

I bought a an msi lap top for my brother on the 6th of February at courts mammoth cheras. my first purchase at courts mammoth cheras. I paid a deposit of RM 250 and was told the lap top can be collected in a few days time. What irked me was on the day that my brother wanted to collect the laptop, the 8th of September, he paid the outstanding amount and was nonchalantly told to find the sales rep himself to get the lap top. No assistance was offered! no directions or information as to where he can locate the sales rep was offered. He called to inform me of the situation, where i, then called courts. The first call was at 4.58 pm. surprise, surprise, the “extremely friendly” courts staff, transfered my call and hung up on me. “so professional!” the second call was at 5.01 pm I called again, upset now. and directly told the staff who picked up that I called a few minutes ago and someone hung up on me. after I finally got thorough although I had to wait a few minutes on the line. the person on the line sounded bored and uninterested in my request for assistance. I asked if she could page or call the sales rep (its their staff, for heavens sake) repeated in the same bored tone that I have to call the sales person (their staff!) myself. my congratulations to the lady who answered my call and the staff who hung up on me, all the courts mammoth cheras representative who answered my request for assistance, what a “stellar show” of customer service. I am in a service based and customer centric business line too, and I know as well as anyone knows, basic courtesy, and treat your customers politely and with respect, you represent the company and not just yourself. hope courts will do something about this.

I bought a fridge, sofa and washing machine from Courts Mammoth Kota Damansara (Infront Tesco). Their delivery guy called saying they will arrive on saturday 12 noon… I told him ok… I only free 9-1pm only. Its a new house, I need to purposely go there at 12noon… waited until 12.30… they never came… I called him, he didn’t answer my call. I called the salesroom guy… he said will check for me. OK… after 15min, the salesguy called me and say the delivery need to be postponed to 4pm…!!! I say can not, I told him i’m not free after 1pm… so ended up arrange for sunday 12 noon on the next day… again I went to the new house but no delivery guy there… the same process repeated again… I called up the salesguy… he answer me need to postponed to 4pm… why they agreed on 12 noon earlier? twice? what are they doing? expect customer to wait there whole day for them?.. so now they say will “arrange asap”… lol… it means nothing to me anymore… they can change their mind on the last minute… whoever planning to buy from this Kota Damansara Courts, think twice… until now after a week… no call from them. Whoever plan to call their delivery guy can skip it cause he will never answer your call.. don’t waste your time buying from them.

I bought a washing machine (panasonic brand) in 31/3/2019. It was delivered after 1 week. After being delivered, I wanted to inspect the product and see whether it is functioning properly or not, however the staffs from courts left without proper inspection and installation. When I tried to use the washing machine, it is faulty eventhough it is supposed to be new. I called courts sibu on 9/4/2019 and made a complaint and I was told that courts sibu will send someone to attend to the matter. However until 12/4/2019, no action was taken by courts sibu and when I called again to follow up, I was informed that my complaint was not even recorded. Futhermore I was asked to call the service by myself. Is this your procedure whenever you received a complaint about goods that have been sold? No responsibility at all regarding all the complaint and all the goods that was sold by courts. Poor explanation given to the customer regarding the matter and asked the customer to attend to the problem themselves. What a lousy customer service

I bought an item which failed at day one. Send in for repair under warranty period, they failed to fix it. Asked to refund in full, yet they rejected. At the end, I had to get the authority to issue “court order”, then only they refund partially. Bad customer service still and refund only at the last minute. Don”t send more good money after bad money. It is better stay away from the company.

I don”t feel satisfied with your services. I went to courts kuala selangor to buy the nova 2I but the staffs told me they are closing so they don”t restock items. They ask me to go at others courts. So on the same day I went to setapak courts! Then they told me nove 2I is out of stock at the store and other store as well including your warehouse. So I need to wait for another one month for courts to restock the item. So now is march 2018, I directly call your customer service and she told me still no stock in the warehouse and I need to wait for another one month… So courts, your service and your frontline staff seriously need a major reconstruction. Your feedback are always late and nonsense.

I hate this services rendered by courts mammoth, they say other things and yet do other things. On the promotion they say delivery shall be done immediately within 24 hours or one or 2 days, but yet they send the items after a week. When asked at the point of buying they say the stock is widely available, but when at the point of delivery, they say out of stock. The worst of a kind this people, offering a stupid services, if collect debt they can call you 3 – 5 times in a day even send you a message, it is not as if we don”t pay but because at times we are busy so the payment might be late a week from the usual date, they will start hunting you like nobody business. I think courts mammoth have to look into their sales personnel profile, because they are all very rude, as if they are the owner of the product, and furthermore, are you all sure that all the items in the shop are first hand? in fact most of the staff have used the items, for instance, they surf on the displayed laptop, play music on the stereo and tv… etc, so don”t u think that it is already a second had?… One more thing is that almost 80% of the sales staff are rude and have attitude problem… wonder where did they recruit this people, they don”t even greet you or they didn”t even salute you politely. I always see this in Miri Courts Mammoth, most of the time I saw them walking up and down, making jokes here and there, smoking here and there and playing with some of the items in the shop. Is this a good ethics for such a big company. I would suggest to all future buyer of courts Mammoth, if you have choice please don”t come to courts mammoth, or else you will regret it for the rest of your life, or else it maybe ur first and the last time to buy things from them by loan. I have an outstanding payment to Courts of 6 months and would need to pay 2 months installments to avoid court action according to your debt collectors. I will pay the outstanding but what I am not satisfied is that calls to my workplace is not professional and only wanted to humiliate me into making payment as soon as possible. If this continues I will lodge a police report citing intimidation and intent to humiliate me. If I lose my job because of this I wont be able pay either. It would be better to engage courts mammoth’s own staff to do the calling first to my phone number before calling my workplace to humiliate me. Mentioned I m a VIP customer and is this how am I should be treated. Never delay any payment and no outstanding on my account. When we walk in to the branch the staffs giving reason the supplier is not giving any response. When we check back I made a order on 12th Dec 2016 but courts put up a order of stock on 29th Dec. I have made a purchase of 2 Queen Size Mattress on 25/05/2019 with full payment at Kajang Branch. The expected delivery was on 29/05/2019 and the delivery was not happened since then. No call no follow up as usual that they expect their customer to take initiative to follow up again and again. Without failed, I have been follow up since 29/05/2019 till 1/06/2019, there is no any status update could be provide either by call center or by the branch itself. With the unpleasant experience gained, I have cancelled my order and request for refund on 1/06/2019. The branch has proceed my cancellation on the same day and I was informed that the refund will take another 2 to 3 weeks. I called to call center to follow up the status after 1 month. However, I was informed that my cancellation is being proceed on 18/06/2019 and the refund will take 45 to 60 working days. When I checked courts policy on refund, it is clearly stated that the refund will take 4 to 6 weeks which translate to 1 and half month is the longest lead time for me to expect my refund. Without any surprise, the refund does not happen till now. I called to contact center again on 29/08/2019 as I am wondering what delay the refund, the only response i get from call center is “No status update” as the related finance department has no yet replied their inquiries since then, the latest call i made was on 03/09/2019. I have ordered air cond for my room 5 days ago. I have actually paid the amount for the air con plus the delivery and installation charges. The sales person in charge at the time, his name is Hafizi, was advicing me no other extra charges aplicable, even was informing me, I have to pay the delivery changes and installment charges upfront in order to prevent the delivery guys to charge me anything additional. But upon installation period, the delivery plus installment guys was asking for additional payment as they claim there will be always additional charges for the internal wiring and also for the air cond host if its more than 10 feet. I called that particular branch to clarify, the person who answer the call, a lady, didn”t even ask what is my issue, she just take my ic number then ask me wait for the person who sell me the item to get back since he is not in at that point of time. I was explaining to her that the installment guys are here and I need clarification on the issue immediately. She told that this is how courts works. Then when I started to point out why they never advice on this previously while I was buying the air cond, she just said I don”t know about this, you have to refer to the sales person and then she just hang up the phone. God, its really frustrating experience! I do not mind to pay extra but at least they should give me warning first! I feel so cheated and regretting my decision to get an air cond from there. The way they are treating the customer really snap my nerve. How could you hang up on the customer? What kind of customer service is that? They never give us the due respect, we are paying aren”t we. They treating us like we are taking the stuff without paying! I would still accept if she tries to apologize, but none given! I just want to express my deepest disappointment to your services. I have purchased a bedroom set through courts and DHL has taken ownership of the logistics for this company. It’s a disgrace to see how disorganized your company can be. I have so far received 3 appointments for delivery for the past 3 weeks. The first call was a disappointment already. The agent is trying to convince me mentioning that the delivery will take another 3days because they will need to transport the furniture to Ipoh. When I told them that the delivery address is in KL they apologized and mentioned that the goods will be delivered the next day. I waited but no signs of my goods. Then after I took the initiative to call courts, I found out even they have no idea what is going on. Then someone from DHL called n mentioned that they will deliver on the weekend 11-Nov-2012. So I waited again. But no signs of delivery. More than 3 weeks passed. A guy by the name Logen called and mentioned the furniture will be delivered on Thursday. I waited patiently but cheated again. I have come to an understanding that courts can not help me. I am personally writing this letter of complaint today. If it doesn’t not hear back in 48 hours, I will be taking things to the next level. I will be going to the consumer affairs office for legal action

I received a billion of calls from this man PRABA [protected] a debt collector regarding on my outstanding monthly payment. he really rude and always disturb me during the office hour by calling my office line. he also trying to reach me by calling and disturbing my office mate and trying to get my boss number. it was really annoying and disrupt my official duties. I have discussed with the customer service on outstanding debt and agreed to pay for a certain ammount but still this PRABA haunted me.
