On February 14th 2015 I went to an urgent care center. At the time I was under the impression that my coverage didn’t start yet, so I paid out of pocket $99.00. After further investigation I discovered that I had coverage. So since Feburary 2016 to present, I have been trying to get a refund for $99.00. I had sent numerous emails and made phone calls only to get the “run around”. At one time I was told I wasn’t covered then after another phone call I was told i should expect a refund check in 5 business days. That call was in 04/15. I then did a follow up call in 05/15 and still “lip service”. I then sent an email requesting the refund for $99.00 for the 02/15 visit or a refund of my premium payments for 12/14,01/15,02/15 $55.39 for a total of $166.17. Still waiting for a response.
