CoVet Solutions, LLC

I worked for CoVet Solutions under a Gov. contract. Covet paid me and took out my MS state taxes every paycheck. But when I filed my state tax the tax ID number that CoVet used was not filed with the state no registared to any company. For over 3 months I have been trying to get CoVet Solutions to correct the problem and resolve the tax problem. I have been working with the MS state tax dept and they have tried to contact CoVet Solutions; both Amy Coleman CEO VP and Kathy Lane (HR & payroll) also. We have left countless phone and email messages with both Kathy and Amy, who have promised many times to send in the correct requested documents buy they have failed to send ANY information as of yet. They promised on several occasions to have their CPA tax filing partner to contact MS state tax dept and deliver the required documentation but they have failed to do as they promised. this has been on-going for over 3 months. I have copies of email message back and forth from Kathy & Amy promising to correct the tax problem but they have not done so as of 23 Sept. I was “supposed” to get a MS tax refund of $931 but since MS tax dept cannot confirm that they recieved the state tax money that I paid in, I now show I owe $876! I paid my state taxes, I should not owe more money. I now have to pay this amount or I will continue to show delinquent. I see no other reason that CoVet would not correct this tax problem within the last 3 months besides they have comitted tax fraud. Covet solutions took out state tax from my paychecks but Never paid that money to the state of Mississippi…RipOff! I have filed a report with the MS state tax office also. Do NOT hire or work for CoVet Soltion. .
