I leased on with the company in April of 2015. They give you such a sweet story about how much money you can make a week, (not true ). I signed on to a program which is supposed to be a “walk away lease”. I worked for about 3 months and was terminated because of a receipt that I had purchased an alcoholic beverage (during my home time). To me, even an issue. What troubled me is that the contract for the truck was taken from me, which not in the agreement, then they withheld my escrow and is now telling me that i still am obligated to pay for the equipment even after it was taken from me and is also telling me that the reason for this is because i failed to renew a contract with a different carrier! Does any of this makes any sense at all??? They are liars and scammers and definitely not to be trusted. The program is a fraud and is not well put together. My opinion, they need to be brought up on charges.
