TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family relocated out of the area and the company is mandating that we pay for the ADDITIONAL 31 months of the contract. Due to the poor customer reviews, the new homeowner declined using CPI. Now we have to foot the bill. BEWARE! They are more concerned about getting your money and locking in a contract as opposed to actually providing decent service. I expect this company will just go downhill from here… They could care less about how they are perceived. .
