CrossFit NOLA is not a friendly and pleasant gym. People don’t welcome you with a smile and make you feel bad about the place.
Instructors lack customer care and services. The poor quality of the equipment did not impress me.
The lockers no longer exist, and facilities are not clean. It is of no use to dedicated persons.
CrossFit NOLA does not offer a range of classes to trainers. Staff members don’t inform trainers about the workouts and of the extra activities over the weekend.
Coaches don’t encourage people to train and to eat a healthy diet. The low level of customer care and the lack of communication skills with trainers is what you would find at CrossFit NOLA. Regular people who joined at the CrossFit NOLA know what to expect. I did not know what to expect from this gym. It was my first experience and I did not feel comfortable training at CrossFit NOLA

They are not supportive of overweight people and don’t give their time to everyone in classes.

I was disappointed with the expensive rates to pay for a membership at CrossFit NOLA I started well for three months and would not go back there. The lack of equipment became a problem for all of us. Each time I saw how people trained with a few different machines I knew I had to leave the gym. It was not possible to make my stay at CrossFit NOLA, a comfortable and pleasurable one. The lack of information about the CrossFit NOLA did surprise me.
My problem with poorly educated staff in the gym facility was not happy to aid others. The unqualified trainers are less informative and don’t care for encouraging trainers to continue their classes.
It is not of use to me from the high expenses to join the company.
The intense training did not suit my body aches.
I hoped for someone to show me the workouts and to explain about the competitions. No care for me to know more than I should about CrossFit NOLA.
I do not see the purpose of recommendation to trainers or friends and families. It is hard to find what you need at CrossFit NOLA.
At CrossFit NOLA, the experience of gym care is poor and not for everyone. I have noticed staff are cautious about using the equipment.
It is not welcoming for all body shapes and I did not feel free to exercise while trainers laughed.
The poor selection of gym equipment for women is not a positive start with CrossFit NOLA.
I was shy and insecure to exercise in front of others and coaches failed to assist the in-use of equipment.
My short experience at CrossFit NOLA was a disappointment. Instructors do not give their attention to everyone. I understand it is not possible. There is no plan for each day to pay attention to a few clients and the results won’t be negative.
