I ordered a dining room set with six chairs and two benches. The two benches were delivered broken went right back to get replacement parts and redelivered sat down once broke again same spot both benches. Curly’s delivery team put all chairs together wrong came out to fix and ended up breaking 4/6 chairs. Broken rings and screws falling out. Repair guy stripped the wholes for screws and literally falling apart. Asked them to stand behind their product and provide new replacement chairs and benches- the cowardly owner won’t get on phone and uses Jay the manager to do his dirt work and Jay does not return calls or stands behind his promises. I asked to return while set and refund the owner refused. I bought this set in October and in two months have not used it once. Hosting holidays and had to pull out card table and chairs to use. Beyond disappointed and aggravated. Do not buy from this company- white glove delivery is a joke.
