Extremely unprofessional and unethical. They mark EVERYTHING UP a MINIMUM of 100% (preferably 150%) and add the salespersons commission to the bottom line (the salesperson rarely gets a dime of that). They use the CHEAPEST MATERIALS POSSIBLE (i.e. charging $9/sq.ft for flooring that they buy at Lumber Liquidators for $1.39/sq.ft, charging $18/sq.ft to install basic tile etc.). They use phony “manufacturer rebates” to close sales. They discriminate against people with disabilities. | When I fainted (as a result of a Traumatic Brain Injury) they accused me of using drugs (I’ve been in recovery, after coming off all the opioids I’d been prescribed following a near fatal car accident. My Dr. does random drug screens!) and terminated my employment. I had just sold nearly $130,000 for them, and they refused to pay me the commissions I was owed. I tried repeatedly to speak with the owner to resolve the matter amicably, but he refused.
