My brand new Samsung un32f5500 led flatscreen tv kept turning itself off. I call samsung they give me several tasks to try to resolve issue. Nothing they suggest works. They encourage me to send tv to CVE in New Jersey. I get tv back still turns itself off. They say I have to give them another chance to fix because that is part of the warranty. I send it back. Many weeks go by. I cannot find out where my tv is or if they have fixed it. Finally get an email stating your panel is broke you are no longer under warranty. I reply to email did not receive an answer. I call and do not receive return calls. Come to find out the second time they sent my tv to another person in another state. They did not tell me that. It is cve that is responsible for breaking my panel. They would not call me to tell me how much to fix it. They did not tell me they sent it to the wrong person. They could not even fix a small issue that was the power on and off! Do not send anything to the morons at cve! .
