Cypher capital is nothing special. They have nothing to offer, they left no contacts and no one knows who they are. Maybe they gathered the money and disappeared in the mist. I just can’t explain it another way. I have no clue whether their website was designed that way from the very beginning or not. No chance to check it. But if it’s true, then it’s just ridiculous. Don’t even think of contacting them or things like this. A lack of information is a bad sign, but anyway, even if it’s obvious, some people get in touch using an email or a contact form. I don’t know why. Don’t make someone else’s mistakes.
