Identify toxic relationships and circumstances and develop the courage to move on and find more rewarding and supportive relationships.With over 23 years of experience in marriage & family therapy, I have the experience & professional training necessary to assist individuals, couples, families, & children with the emotional, psychological, & relationship challenges they may be facing and help them resolve those challenges.In addition to the professional training I have received as well as clinical experience in marriage and family therapy, I am also trained in mindfulness based stress reduction, play and sandplay therapy, spiritual mentoring, hypnotherapy, and regression therapy.
