We hired David Mende to defend us in a meritless case brought against us by our old friend and business partner, also a lawyer. He actually managed to lose this totally winnable case through negligence, inattention to detail, careless filing and preparation, lack of knowledge, and laziness. losing us our home, our retirement, and & 036;500,000 in assets.
