I provide a safe environment to explore and resolve beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors that stand in the way of living a fully conscious and authentic life. I work with a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, death and attachment ruptures, to intergenerational family therapy and PTSD. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have studied at the Graduate Theological Union – University of California, Berkeley, The Graduate School for Marriage and Family Therapy and The Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. I hold two Masters degrees and a Ph D in Psychology.I have been in private practice for over 25 years, as well as a consultant and supervisor in academic and non-profit settings, shelters for battered women, police academies and The Stanford Research Institute. I provide intensive weekend and week-long retreats for intergenerational families, couples and groups throughout the US, Europe and India.While I do not file insurance, I provide all the necessary information so that insurance billings can be submitted for direct reimbursement to you. I also work with a sliding scale fee, making every effort for clients to complete their therapy without financial hardship.
