Dave Smith Alfa Romeo is pathetic from the recent encounter I had with them. I couldn’t believe they would take that long to deliver my car. I even had to file a complaint to the authority.
I fancy new car models, and this is why my garage is full of the latest car models. I love to tour different parts of the country with friends and family members when I am not working. Recently I felt I needed a change in my garage by buying a new car. The car I craved for had to be an enhanced model that would definitely feel like a change. With this, I started looking into what various car dealers in Coeur d’Alene had to offer. Most of them had an amazing collection to showcase online, but their prices were beyond my budget. During my online research, I came across Dave Smith Alfa Romeo. This dealer specialized in selling Alfa Romeo cars at affordable prices, and I decided to check them out. Besides, these dealers were offering outstanding cars on sale. They had both new and pre-owned cars. I decided to call and book an appointment.
Luckily the customer care agent who answered the phone was friendly and booked an appointment in the afternoon. I arrived at their premises 30 minutes before as requested when booking the appointment. To my surprise, the place was deserted, and there was no one to welcome me and show me the way. The reception desk was empty, and I had to wait in the waiting area close to an hour before someone showed up. The receptionist was friendly and urged me to wait for the manager who was out of the office. This was odd as I did not expect such a car dealer to have one manager. This was an indication of poor management, but I assumed since I wanted to buy a car and not improve the operations of Dave Smith Alfa Romeo car dealer.
After waiting another 30 minutes, the manager finally arrived. He headed straight to his office as if he did not see me in the waiting area. After a few minutes, I was allowed to see him. I explained my need to him and assured me they had the perfect solution for me. He took me to the showroom, and I must say they had an amazing collection. The cars available were in good shape, and the manager informed me each one of them had a warranty. I decided to buy a second hand 2018 4c Coupe. This car was in perfect shape and at a great price. The manager assured me the car would be delivered to me in a day or two if I made a payment. I paid the full amount and went home waiting for my car. After one week, the car had not yet been delivered. The manager kept assuming my call, and I was forced to file a complaint. After filling the complaint, Dave Smith Alfa Romeo delivered the car on the following week. This was an awful experience.
