For over 12months have notified Davenport of terminating contract when containers lease expires, & to sell my containers due to poor profits. | Was told in 2018 that my contracts ended in April 2019 in phone conversations,have asked on a number of occasions to have the off hire dates documented in an email, which they still refuse to sent. | When I contacted Davenport in April, they told me the contracts now expired in October 2020. They are refusing to co-operate & assist in selling my containers.
