i purchased ticket for mr. David wedderburn on thur nov 5. He said he can”t use it because the airport counter thought it was fraud. Since it was purchased from the united states in such a short notice. Mr. Wedderburn is a client of ours. My company is sending him to a show on behalf of the organization. Now david had to probably purchase a new ticket elsewhere and pay extra. I paid over $1k on his roundtrip ticket. Now i am asking for a refund!!! if airberlin has such strict rules, then it needs to be stated during the ticket process and not while at the airport! please let me know how my company can be refunded.
