Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or having problems with adjustment to any new life situation, things can get better with help through counseling. I have a special fondness for working with people who struggle with addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, eating, etc). Addictions are a coping skill that can be replaced with more healthy choices.
