Deezer customer service is awful, the way they treat customers is terrible. When I phoned them I didn”t even expect no one to literally listen to me. You know what they did? They held me on mute for all the time I spoke. This is unbelievable. I found out about it when I asked a question, then asked it again. I could hear they were speaking to each other. What the heck is that? So disappointing!!!
