You’re wanting something different in your life. You recognize there are things in your life that need changing, but it’s difficult being able to pinpoint how to make those changes happen effectively. This is uncomfortable and even painful. What I know is that you inherently want to be successful, and you want to resolve conflicts, both internal, and external. I help to ease the pain, and help you identify conflicts and patterns that make life less than wonderful. We then collaborate to implement methods to resolve and transform conflict and shift patterns to those that bring more life satisfaction.I practice systemic therapy. Systems, rather than people, become ineffective. Systems can be a family, a relationship, a school, a community, a job, or a belief. Systems work towards maintaining our needs. I work with you to identify needs in the present moment, and build skills to help change patterns.One of my specialties is depression. Often this requires a multi-modal approach including relational, behavioral, physiological, education about neurologic patterns, and developmental understanding. Clients I work with have significant results using CES (cranial electronic stimulation) with in house sessions or rental units with Alpha Stim.
