WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY I HAVE EVER HAD PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A DELL. I bought a new dell laptop from my schools bookstore not even 4 months ago and the thing never even worked. Usually when you pay over $700 for something it should work more than a few weeks or a couple months. Within the first couple weeks of purchasing the laptop the whole computer shut down. After call dell and being transfered to ten different people they finally agreed to send a tech out and replace the defaulty motherboard they sold me. Now I’ve had the computer for about 4 months, went to use the HDMI port for the first time and no big surpise it dosn’t work. Called dell got transfered to several different departments just to be told I need to purchase a $230 warranty for them to acess my computer and turn on something for the port to work. If a company sells a product with it saying it comes with certain features should they work when you buy the product? Then I told them I don’t even want the computer if it already had everything wrong with it not even beening 4 months old and having a year warranty. They tell me that it would have had to been replaced within the first month of having it. Don’t you think they could’ve told me that when it was not even a few weeks old and the motherboard crashed. I’m going to try and convince my school to stop selling these products in there bookstores before more students get scammed. WORST COMPUTER AND CUSTOMER CARE EVER WISH I WOULD’VE KNOWN BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS HUNK OF JUNK THAT I’M NOW STUCK WITH! .
