Delonghi the makers of Nespresso need to be shut down. We hope no one buys Nespresso machines when they find out they are made by Delonghi. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE COULD EVER IMAGINE. NON EXISTENT. BOT SERVICE. All they do is send automated emails giving you a case and NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU CANNOT CALL, OR FOLLOW UP AND NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. We called than were asked for serial numbers emails we complied with everything asked for within seconds. Its been over 4 months NO ONE HAS CALLED OR RETURNED AN EMAIL. This is worse than dealing with a third world country. The CEO KEN KAPROWSKI must be asleep from not having a coffee as his machine must be broken like ours and he is probably waiting for someone to get back to him as well. We would have to drop F-Bombs on everyline to describe the way these ASSHOLES OPERATE. Starbucks is no longer carrying their products and it doesnt take a nuclear scientist to understand why. Windows had better service as did AOL in 1998. AVOID BUYING ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS BY DELONGHI INCLUDING ALL NESPRESSO MACHINES AS DELONGHI MAKES THESE AS WELL. ABSOLUTE PURE GARBAGE. WE PAID $1800 FOR THIS MACHINE AND WILL GIVE IT TO OUR NEIGHBOR TO MAKE A VIDEO OF HIM SHOOTING IT WITH A HAND GUN. OR SMASHING IT TO PIECES WITH A BASEBALL BAT. WE WOULD LIKE TO SHUV IT RIGHT UP THE OWNERS ARSE. THERES NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR LET ALONE A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 50 YEARS. DO NOT BUY NESPRESSO MACHINES, DELONGHI PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON THROWING THEM AWAY. THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A RATS A**. .
