I purchased Professional Strength Whitening Strips which I have used many times in the past from this company because it was the best deal online. Beware, you get what you pay for. When they arrived, I immediately called customer service as I was concerned that the box was not sealed. Also the number on the individual packages was several digits off from the number of the box. The lady assured me that the were authentic and that they are a real dentist company that sells these products. Despite my better judgment, I decided to give them a try. Almost a whole box did absolutely nothing for me. I know from the past that these strips are very strong and cause tenderness if used too close to the gum. I saw results after the second time I used them in the past. These did nothing. Total waste. Either an expired or fake product. I’d like a refund.
