Clarence Hawkins does not have license to conduct electrical work! He poses as a licensed contractor but is unable to pull permits and told me he needed more money then what the contract stated or he wouldn’t finish the work! It was supposed to be a two week job but it turned into four months! I gave him half up front and he didn’t by the materials that he was supposed to. I purchased the material and he still wanted more money. I fired him and reported him to the Louisiana Contractors Board he plead guilty and was fined $3600.00. He was given an order by the Contractors board to cease all operations in the state of Louisiana but he is in Texas doing the same thing. He is not licensed he is a Journeyman and uses Winchester Mechanical and Electrical to pull permits and gives the owner Chester Hollingsworth a kickback for pulling the permits! Don not use this guy he is a Conman .
