I ordered a free sample of dermageneix off the internet 8-9-14 and had to pay for the shipping and handling to get it. They called me on tUE 8-19-14 Asked me if i like the dermagenix that i received, i told them that i hadnt tried it yet, but i was going to probably try it this week. They said my 14 day trial was over i needed to have sent it back by today or i need to pay them $149 and what credit card would i be using today? I told them i was not going to pay for anything there was nothing stating that i was supposed to pay that it was sent as a sample i had already paid for the shipping and handling to get the item, i hadnt used any out of it and if they were going to try to charge me for it, then ill just send it back today, they tried to lower the price to $69 and asked me if that would help me at all? I said no im still not paying for something that was supposed to be free, then they said well then we will have to send this to collections then, I said you do what you have to do, and I’ll do what I have to do, I’m still not paying for it, and I hung up the phone. .
