I recently went into the Desert European Motorcars to buy a car which I saw on their official webpage. The service the company gave me was far beyond horrible and I didn’t even imagine such a horrendous experience with them. The company was a total fraud and took the advance cash which they didn’t refund till date. I would like to share my experience with them.
After being attracted by their way of presenting all the cars on their official webpage I decided to buy a new car. I must say that it was the worst decision of my life till now. The appointment was made after several phone calls to the manager of the company. The manager fixed a date and told me to be punctual, but when I reached the place on time and the given date I was told to wait for 2 hours and then sent off because the manager couldn’t come today. The assistant manager fixed a date again and I came back to the centre again. This time after having a quick gossip with the manager I was sent off and was told to come up the next day for further paper works. I requested the manager to show me the car so that I could finalize the deal but he was not ready to do so. After requesting several times he sent one of his staff members to take a look at the car I wanted. The staff member was making me feel unwanted and was not at all friendly. He was there to accompany me and tell me about the specifications of the car but he did nothing which I expected. All he used to do was to stand still like a statue in the corner of the garage. Even after trying to ask him questions he pretended as if he didn’t hear any of it and be unresponsive all the damn time. I got irritated and went away. I decided to buy the car because it was in perfect condition. The manager fixed my next appointment to finalize the decision and complete the paper works. I came in the next day and was very excited to take away my car. After all the paperwork I was told to pay the whole money in advance. I agreed to pay them the money and take the car on the very same day but the manager then informed me that the car would be delivered to me after a few days. I changed my mind and paid them some amount in advance.
The wait proved to be very long and the car was not delivered to me on the expected date. I tried calling them several times but was always left without a response. The car finally arrived after 10 days and I was shocked to see the car, it had a different colour which was looking very ugly. I told them to replace it and give me the car with the same colour that I saw in their garage. The manager denied telling me the car was already been sold to another customer and I had to accept the delivered car. I refused it and told them to cancel the deal and give me the money back. They took back the car and told me the refund would be done within 2 days. It\’s been 14 days since I cancelled the deal but still had no sort of communication with the Desert European Motorcars. Please stay away from this fraud car selling company.
