Early in January of this year I bought a software program called “My Screen Recorder” from the “DeskShare” company and also paid for a back up DVD. When the program did not work as advertised I tried to contact them. I sent several emails and technical support requests as well as ringing them on four occasions and posting to their “support forum”. I received no reply until last week when someone rang me a 3.15 am in the morning. When I told them what the time was they said they would ring me back in eight hours and that was the last I ever heard from them. I have continued to send them emails but they don”t respond. At first the program did not work correctly and now it has stopped working completely. Also they did send me a backup DVD but it was for an out of date version of the program. There is just a recorded message on their phone number so I have a product that doesn”t work with no way get any help. I would be very wary of buying anything from this company as they are just rip off merchants.
