We was contacted by kelly from detailed property preservation back in early november 2014 about doing property preservation in the mobile alabama area,she set us up ppw account to upload our pictures and invoices after about 30 days of performing our first job for her we ask about when we would receive a payment and she said on friday she will be sending out payments and we never received anything since then and it’s already the middle of january and haven’t been paid dollar $1 from her or her company,after several phone calls and emails and text i was promised to be paid and it never happened,kelly reynolds is a very dishonest individual and is a compulsive liar and she has lost both contracts in both states alabama and mississippi from altisource. To all property preservation contractors in the southeast please be aware of her and don’t do business kelly from detailed property preservation.
