Like one of the reviewers, I also purchased the 60-second facelift at a kiosk in a large, upscale mall. I was shown pictures of results and there was a customer that was there that "raved" about the results. The salesperson told me how I should apply it, which was at night for the best results. There was no discussion of how long the effects would last and I was promised that I could return it if I wasn’t happy. I was very hesitant because of the price so the salesperson said she was going to give me a special deal and all I had to do was try the product and tell my friends about it. The sales pitch was good…I purchased it for $500.00. When the receipt was given to me it said "no returns" and I again asked the salesperson about returning the product. No problems, she said. I tried the product several times and frankly, the results were not as promised. I too had a white residue and I used very little product. I called the manufacturer and was told exactly how the product should be applied even though I was told something entirely different than when I purchased the product. I tried it using the manufacturer’s instructions and the results were poor. When I went back to return what I had purchased, the kiosk was gone. I am also "stuck" with a $500.00 mistake. I would never buy this product again regardless of the "bargain" I received.
