I had a bad experience with DFTBA store. My order was placed in early June and it is now September and I still haven’t received my order. When I contacted customer service for the first time they asked me to be more patient and said that my order was on its way and will be here any time soon. I gave them another two weeks, but nothing arrived, so I decided to use my tracking number. When I entered my number it said that my number was incorrect. DFTBA customer service said that wasn’t possible. Then I contacted the shipping company and they said that they did not have anything for me. Then DFTBA claimed that they’ll contact the post service to see what was going on. Waited two days but there was no information regarding my order status. When I asked for a refund they said that was not possible since my order was already shipped. They promised to take care of it but it really seems like they just don’t care.
