I am frustrated I bought a mattress and base set from dial a bed richardsbay. I went back last year to complain that the mattress is pulling apart on the one side as well as the mattress is kinking in. I was told they can”t do anything if the mattress has some soiled stains on. This frustrated me as th8s has nothing to do with the mattress pulling apart. However I left it but now its getting worse and paying so much for something that is supposed to last me atleast 10 years is highly unacceptable if it is falling apart. I have a kid now aged 4, whom although I have a mattress protector on. It has happened a couple of times where he gotten sick and vomited or messed on my bed. Then requiring me to remove the mattress protector to clean it. Which in that time he has messed or vomited again on my bed then causing it to stain although cleaning it it immediately with a damp cloth.
