Diapers.com ships diapers in oversized boxes with bubble wrap… to protect them from what? They pack the diapers better than Toshiba packed my laptop whent they sent it to me. Wasteful packaging. I called and they said they would put a note on my account. They did it again, I called, they said the note was not entered properly so it was ignored when packaging. They did it again, I called, they said they can’t change their shipping policies. They want to make sure that none of their customers has a complaint about damaged items.
