This has been the worse experience with a dealership I’ve experienced or even heard about. I lease a 2017 Tiguan that has not fully been a functional vehicle since day 3 of having it. I’ve spent countless hours bring it in for service on multiple issue, missed work, have the service center send it away broken, had to pay out of pocket for rentals, had them give out a rental I reserved, ripped out my stereo, back up camera, Bluetooth without asking ahead if i was ok with it, and I’m left with a lemon and they refuse to give me a replace my that works of equal worth. They missed appointments. They have me my car yesterday more broke than it was and refuse to call me back. Worse service. I do not recommend using this establishment.
