I ordered about $16,400 of camcorder gear from DigitalOutlets.net in July 2014 and was sent crap gear missing one Cannon XF-300 camcorder. Scott, the camcorder expert sent two tripods to go with the two XF-300’s i purchased for my company that might handle a gopro but certainly not an XF-300 which weighs somewhere over 8 lbs w gear (crap tripods for children). Scott sent bags too small for the cameras, childrens camera lighting for my XF-300, but funnist of all was all the 72mm lenses for the XF-300’s which are 82mm. I guess that’s what the 2 converters were for, so i could see the filters at the corners when i am filming. After story and story of nonsense from Scott and others, it’s November and i am out one $5000 camera that’s paid for in FULL and no information regarding the 40 lb return they signed for from the UPS store – DON”T DO BUSINESS with these people! I am an Executive Producer in a new company, what do i know about camera gear – Well, i will tell you what i learned, don’t use Digitaloutlets.net!
