I have a disability an needed a scooter bad a foundation meet my needs to pay for a scooter. This scooter came to me on my birthday. I didn’t want nothing or no one to touch my new scooter. I used it to go to a doctors appointment and was on my way down the street while students walked behind me. The right side wheel flies off the scooter and screws are on the ground I informed them. I asked them numerous times to come get this scooter before December 13, 2019. Since today is the 30 day mark she says there’s nothing they can do for a defective product. Plus the address they gave me was incorrect along with the suite number. I’m stuck with a damaged scooter and very disappointed I would never buy anything from this company if this is not resolved. I wanted a fair exchanged today I was told by Victoria there’s nothing they can do. Discover your mobility will not be exchanging my scooter. The wheel and lugs constantly came apart which makes it very difficult to stay on it. Please contact me back at your earliest convenience about this matter.
