Dear Madam, dear Sir, I purchased a beautiful DKNY suitcase in Sep. 2018 at TK Maxx in Hamburg, Germany, for the price of EUR 99, 99. After traveling with this suitcase the first time this year, the suitcase showed numerous wear and tear (see photos). It’s not the fault of the airline. The reason is the poor quality of the surface of the material and it’s not suitable for traveling. I have now checked the material carefully and realized the material can be easily removed, as a matter of fact. In this condition, the suitcase is unfortunately no longer useful. I went to TK Maxx and asked for guidance and they recommended to contact DKNY directly. So I am kindly requesting a refund, because I don’t wish a suitcase in that poor quality for that price. If you need more photos, I will send it. Unfortunately the size is to big, that I will send them in the next steps. Hello DKNY I wonder if someone can please urgently help. I bought DKNY Ladies watch from Ernst Jones back in 2004 or 2005. It has a sentimental value (insured), it has been stolen from my place and unfortunately I do not have any pictures of it. I have looked at your website but it does not show your old watch designs. It had a unique beige strap (4 thin saude [kind of material] strap on each side with Detailed DKNY on the base . It was analogue watch. Very pretty. Not ever seen that design since. Hello I only used my bag one time only, and The handle is jammed and will not release. The suitcase is totally new, look amazing but I can’t flight with it. Hello, I am contacting DKNY Customer Service in regards to a poorly made jacket I purchased last December. I bought the DKNY Double-Breasted fit and flare black peacoat in a size 4. All of the buttons have fallen off (except the top neck button,) in less than 3 months. I find this completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid for it (almost $400.) I rely on DKNY to have quality products, and I honestly can”t believe this coat is falling apart. It”s almost embarrassing that I rely on the coat belt to put on my jacket, rather than the gold buttons. It looks quite funny wearing a long peacoat with only the top button intact, and several people have mentioned it to me. I would like an email response and perhaps some compensation for this poor quality purchase; I honestly can”t believe DKNY sells products like this. Christine

Hello. A few weeks ago I bought shoes and sweater dkny. Unfortunately sweater stitches are out by the neck.. There is no proper line around neck from fabric… So expensive clothes you guys selling, how it can be so bad quality??? Plus I bought same brand shoes. Them nose are sticking out already…??? Is this normal for price 140 euro??? Even its on discount was, its still must be good quality? Isn”t it?? I want some solution because its not even 1 item, this is rubbing in the day light!!! So shame for such a big company!!!

Hi DKNY, I bought my 1st DKNY Flap Card Case on your DKNY Outlet Mall- Barga. since DKNY is a well known brand and consider as one of the luxury brand all over the world, i wasn’t expecting that it will easily torn. it was such disappointing that in just 1 month and half, the thread or the part of it is already torn. when infact its just on my bag all the time and i am using it everyday. I wont deny that this is my 1st time purchasing a DKNY brand, at 1st i was so happy and excited coz the brand itself is good in the ears and on top of that your designs are very good. but then again the quality is not what I expected. for a 1st time buyer, do you think it is a good impression for us? do you think we will going to purchase again if we’ve had such experience like this? I will attached the photos of the defective product and the receipt for your reference. Hi, I made a purchase of a merchandise from DKNY outlet, Pottstown PA on 23rd Nov amounting to $103.25. I had returned it on 24th Nov. What I am finding in my credit card account an additional amount of $76.97 has been charged to my card whereas I made no other purchase of this amount. I have all the bills as proof that I had purchased and returned Please investigate this and refund this amount immediately. This is very disturbing and bothering from a reputed brand store like DKNY. I absolutely love this watch but less than 24 hours of wear, the gold is rubbing off and there are scratches on the glass. I have an office job and live a pretty relaxing life so I would understand if the watch endured the elements but nope, I can”t say that”s the reason. I am a watch collector and not one of my watches have had such cheap finish and weak glass. I would appreciate a response to this. I do believe that products have a half life or are subjected to the elements, no?

After that all my emails were returned back and when I tried to reach these scammers, no reply. I bought several cloths during sales from the online DKNY site. Around 1/3 of my order was never delivered, although I was charged. When I sent an email presenting the missing items, they tried to confuse me with receipts and packages, apologized, said that I will get refunded and then they stopped replying. Hence unless you are willing to pay more than what is declared in the web site I would recommend to avoid buying…

I bought the watch in 3march 2018 from link store in city stars mall, Cairo. It was not a modern model but it had a discount and was tried by the salesman. I put in my closet for one month as I have another DKNY watch. I decided to wear it at 6April but I found out that it isn”t working. I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99. I had bought my watch about 2 years ago and worn it a few times only on special accaions and yesterday by accident it hit against a table not so hard but then I noticed the little handle has came out if place and 2 studs had dropped. I”m so disappointed as it has not been dropped from any sort of height just hit not so hard against a plastic table. I”m so upset in how fragile this watch it . I have other watches and they have been through so much and still they are in immaculate condition .

I have a silver coloured crossover watch which I only wear on special occasions. It was bought for me as a birthday present by my husband and has a lot of sentimental value to me as he passed away very suddenly 6 months ago aged 55. Because of the sentimental value I have been wearing the watch daily. The watch stopped last week. I took it to a local jeweller for a new battery but was told it wasn’t the battery and the watch has had it. I am completely devastated. I place my 5 month old in a shirt from DKNY that had snaps on it. The snaps have a false button which is enclosed in the metal casing. The very first day she was wearing it I noticed she was sucking on her shirt (which most babies do!) I pulled her shirt out of her mouth and I noticed that the button from the snap was missing. I was so upset because I had no idea if she swallowed it, because we could not locate it. I contacted DKNY the next day and they did call me back within 48 hours…I was promised a call back, and I was told that they would want pictures of the shirt/snap. I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else. Guess what? It has been a month and I have not heard from them. I guess they really don’t care!

I purchased a hand bag online from Amsterdam. After using it for few times, it started getting black marks in the corners of the bag and its in a condition to be used. Although I haven’t used it for more than 5 times. The issue is I have been writing to DKNY from April about my problem with the bag and every time they send me an email replying that I should be having patience or your patience will be appreciated. Its been 3 months now, how much patience they require??? This is not a way to deal with your customers. My issue is still not resolved.

I purchased DKNY sheets at Homesense in St. Albert, Alta and played 79.99 for queen size. I washed them once and they thinned out, almost see thru in a spot the size of a grapefruit. They were a high thread count and paid more than I”ve ever paid for sheets and therefore never kept the bill thinking they must be good quality. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have had previous DKNY sheets and never had this issue. I am hoping with your assistance, this set can be replaced. Thank you… Donna

I purchased this handbag a year ago. It’s been absolutely perfect except that about three months ago the brown seam along the edge of the handles began to peel off, only on one side of each handle. I asked a repairer about it, and they said it would cost nearly as much as the bag to fix. I then took it back to MYER, where I purchased it, on the 26/10/19. I have the original receipt which shows that I had bought it not quite a year ago, on the 27/10/18. The shop assistant agreed that there was a fault and asked her manager about it. They said they could only offer me 40% discount on a new bag as this style was no longer stocked. I showed her the exact bag in a pinker colour, same code, but she insisted it was different. So I come in desperation because although I have read that you only warantee for a year, it was actually less than a year when I took it back to MYER. There is absolutely nothing else wrong with the bag apart from the brown seam on one side of each strap, no other mark at all. Can you please help me?
