I’ve been closely following the many reviews and complaints about Dr. David Kim, MD in Beverly Hills. Many of them may actually turn out to be true since the doctor has been allegedly involved in a credit card fraud for an amount going up to $6, 000. He already has several websites, namely beverlyhillsbreastreductions.com, plasticsurgerybh.com and beverlyhillsplasticsurgery.com. These are all linked to the same digital network and may be fraudulent as it seems. The amount in question was retained illegally by the doctor with an aim towards avoiding vendor payments for providing marketing services. Other people have stated instances where they have worked for Dr. David Kim in the capacity of a contractor/individual/company and compensation was not provided for services rendered whether indirectly or directly. His doctor reportedly avoids paying his employees for several weeks at a time. His internal business practices are reportedly horrendous.

As per this site- https://www.beckersasc.com/asc-coding-billing-and-collections/dr-david-kim-pleads-guilty-to-accepting-4-5m-in-kickbacks-6-insights.html, David Kim previously pleaded guilty in Colleyville, Texas towards the acceptance of kickbacks of $4.5 million for referral of patients to Forest Park Medical Center at Dallas. These kickbacks were received by him between 2009-2012 and the money was deployed for marketing the doctor’s practice Kim Bariatrics at Colleyville earlier. The doctor was also an investor in Forest Park Medical Center and had to pay $2.2 million to the Government. He also pleaded guilty for underreporting $18.3 million in his income between May 2012 and August 2015 in a tax related case. He also paid up $5.1 million in restitution for this tax case. The allegations levelled against Doctor David Kim may just be true as seen from these developments. This doctor seems fraudulent and greedy and you should be careful not to do any business with him which is what I feel after following things more closely.
