I like to work with people who are motivated to make the changes in their lives to achieve happiness and feelings of well being. Happiness requires a good work-life balance, good self esteem and unconditional positive self regard. For some, this is not easily attained and my goal is to help folks get there.I have worked with people from all walks of life, who at one point or another, realize either they are unhappy, unfulfilled or just plain miserable and going in circles in their lives. These are the people I can help.I have worked with people in individual, couples, family and group therapy for over 30 years. I have learned so much from my patients and feel they too, have learned from me and our collaborative work together in psychotherapy.
