A Hernando County doctor is accused of indecent and vulgar behavior with a 15-year-old young girl. She said he touched her in an inappropriate manner.

On May 5 the casualty’s folks called the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office. The victim worked part-time at the doctor’s office after school. She documents papers and makes intermittent phone calls, subordinates said.

The teenager said to the deputies that her experiences with Dr. Jacques Aristilde began off with him kidding and occasionally pressing her shoulders. On one event, she came in wearing a dress and the adolescent said Aristilde grabbed her by her waist and he also extended her dress from her body.

As indicated by subordinates, the teenager said Aristilde touched her buttock on 3rd of May. They also told she didn’t know if he did as such deliberately so she didn’t report the episode.

The next day at work the teenager specified probably having tendinitis in her elbow and that Aristilde continued to touch and feel the upper part of her arms. Deputies said that she showed the physical contact was undesirable.
The girl mentions another incident when Aristilde supposedly touched her thigh. A little time later, she said that the doctor came to her again and this time he grabbed her butt using his hands, he kept squeezing it for a long period of time. The girl said that she was not comfortable with the incident and even though she didn’t share the incident with her co-workers, she did open up about it to her folks when she came home.
The doctor confesses that he misbehaved with the girl and apologizes for the inappropriate touching. He also swears that he would not commit this mistake in the future.

His bond was set at $10,000 and he has been ordered to wear GPS monitor after he posts it.
