I offer a safe, judgement-free space so you can feel comfortable letting go.With degrees in psychology, occupational therapy and holistic nutrition, my research and work is informed by practical, skills-based treatment models, as well as models that address the more abstract inter- and intra-personal aspects of the self. This allows me to tailor my services to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.I work with clients in need of affordable mental health services through the use of a sliding scale based on household income. I believe the client/therapist relationship is important so I offer a free 15 min consultation via phone, appointments available at our downtown WPB office and tele-therapy services included.
