I and my husband have been a regular to Dr Ziad Jalbout’s clinic for the past few years and ever since we started coming here, it has been hell for us. Their billing system is totally fucked up and they never get it to straighten out and it is a big inconvenience if you ask me. And if you think that you can use your dental plan here, then keep dreaming because these guys don’t know shit about using insurance. Even though we have made a couple of payments using our insurances but the rest of the time the payment had to be done using cash. It might not seem like a big deal but if you think that is the case, then try paying for everything using cash for a day and you will know how fast this thing can become irritating.
ON 2017 November, I went to Dr Ziad Jalbout’s clinic with my husband. All I needed was a simple deep cleaning. I have some crowns in my teeth and it never posed any issues in the past until I got a deep cleaning from Dr Ziad. Once I got a deep cleaning treatment from these guys for a couple of times which itself was quite expensive. I don’t know what they did in those cleaning sessions but after I got them two of my crowns started falling off. At first, I thought that it might be my personal issue but over the next couple of months, I started noticing that the crown fell off soon after the cleaning sessions. I had to get two new crowns and if you have any dental experience then you understand that these things don’t come at a cheap price. When I confronted Dr Ziad he said, “Are you really accusing me of doing a bad job, that is totally impossible ma’am I would advise you to leave my facility if you are unsatisfied, but I would say that those crowns were not my fault.” He was really insecure and defensive but I decided to keep coming to his clinic considering our history. My husband came to Dr Ziad Jalbout for getting a simple set of veneers for his front teeth. The doctor made big claims about the durability and quality of the veneers, he even claimed that the veneers will last for more than a decade. We were really excited to get those veneers and Dr Ziad persuaded us to make an advance payment for the whole thing. We did not give it a second thought and made the full payment in cash. It was the biggest mistake we made. After the treatment, the billing girl handed us the full bill. When we told her that we have paid in advance she told us that they don’t have any record of that transaction. We told her that we would not give her any more money. Today we received a letter from the collections company stating that WE have stolen money from Dr Ziad.
