beware of this company…in the sense of very bad business practices and sending or selling products with varying expiration dates. They will not do ANYTHING about products after 60 days and screw customer over. My friend gave me a colonix program and I waited a year to use it. Now they purchased it last year which meant that one of the products sold to me expired int he SAME year it was sold. I had continued checknig the colonix expiration dates and it showed it expired in september of 2012. So thsi means I had an entire year to use it and was sick and waited to use it. When I finally decided to use it, I somehow checked the expiration on the paranil and to my surprise…it expired in august 2011. This is just wrong..!! They sold a product that expired within MONTHS of buying it… thats not right??? I was very upset…upon finding out and called dr natura customer service to ask if they could exchange the paranil as i didnt know they had THREE different expiration dates on their bad products. The stupid girl on the other end of the line did NOTHING and could care less. SHe said well since its past 60 days oh well…no refunds or exchanges. She said it”s normal to have different LOT numbers and expiration dates of products…really??? I find that to be really stupid and ridiculous… why have THREE different expiration dates on products that are intended to be used TOGETHER. The girl almost laughed and didnt care to do anything…like Oh well! big deal…she said “you can purchase the paranil” No [censored] really??? if i was going to purchase it i would have just DONE it rather than calling you idiots. Also the paranil is 40.00 and the entire KIT is 80.00 so waht a HUGE RIPOFF. This company sucks and doesnt care to compensate customers for THEIR ERRORS. I even offered to send the expired bottle back but they can”t do that..[censored] company beware…

I ordered some products online from the company with a 10% discount. It was Sunday afternoon and then I found a company that sold it for still $30 less than they had it on their website. I am mediately tried to cancel there is no one answering the phones until Monday there is no live chat until Monday I left a very detailed voice message and said please cancel my order and let me know that you have canceled my order I looked up the cancellation return policy at said your order must be canceled by 5 PM the same day I tried every way possible that they allowed me to and they had no employees available to cancel my request before 5 PM. The voicemail I left him was well before 5 PM to cancel with the order number. I got a call back at 12:30 PM on Monday saying it was processed nothing they can do if I want to send back the product I have to pay the nine dollars in shipping and I said that I performed everything I could to cancel according to their policy they try to say it’s on their website that they are only there Monday through Friday well then they need to put in big red letters do not order on a Saturday or Sunday or you are out of total luck.!! They should honor my request because THEY had NO employees available they had NO live chat available! So why is it my burden that they choose to not have any mployees available on the weekend?! I tried to cancel well before 5pm and I was denied cancellation because they don’t have employees working and I was told by the time they looked at my order over 12 hours into the next day that it had already been processed – didn’t say shipped they said processed I followed ALL of THEIR instructions and unless you actually go to cancel you’re not going to read what their cancellation policy is… you have to research it under customer service. Unacceptable other places are much cheaper do not order from them!
