These guys are a real piece of work. One of the worst buying experiences ever! I placed my order for 5000 “drop cards”, and after no response for almost 2 weeks, I contacted the company and the guy on the other end of the line (Eli?) said he found my order and no, they hadn’t started it yet (it was advertised as being delivered within 10 – 14 days of placing the order). So, he tells me he will expedite the order, but he highly recommends spending another $20 for a better card that is folded. Giving them some grace for mistakenly losing the order was apparently a mistake, because I believed the guy and paid another $20 for a better version of the card I ordered. A day or two later, I received an email from a “designer” named “Katy” who sent me a proof of the proposed artwork, which I approved and returned shortly after receiving it. Never heard from anyone again. No one answers or returns my calls, no one replies to my emails. About 1 week later (4 days after I was promised the 3 day deliver expedited order for their dropping the ball, I received a box of cards…FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!! I called and left messages, I emailed several recipients, however, NO ONE HAS ANY ETHICS OR BUSINESS CLASS TO RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS. Instead, I contact the party whose cards I received and arranged to have them delivered to him, since they were his and not MINE! Perhaps they used my money to upgrade their website because since I sent them funds, they’ve obviously made some upgrades. What has happened to people in this country? Advertise you’re going to do something, take customers money and then act like the customers don’t exist. THAT’S PLAN “A” FOR HOW TO FAIL IN BUSINESS. I HOPE NO ONE EVER USES YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
