I SIGNED UP FOR INTERNET SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED. WHEN i CALLED THE COMPANY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LACK OF SERVICE, I WAS TOLD TO HIRE A THIRD PARTY TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM I WAS EXPERIENCING. MEANWHILE THE COMPANY CONTINUED TO SEND ME INVOICES FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NON EXISTENT! AFTER PLACING FRUSTRATING CALLS TO TRY AND GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED AND GETTING NO RESOLUTION, I DECIDED TO TRY OUT ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER WHO WERE ABLE TO COME THROUGH WITH MY INTERNET SERVICE NEEDS. IN THE MEANTIME, DSL EXTREME CONTINUED TO SEND ME INVOICES FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED AND EVENTUALLY A CANCELLATION FEE. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND AS IT TURNS OUT, I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHO THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO. THERE ARE NUMEROUS SUCH COMPLAINTS OUT THERE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND ONE WOULD WONDER WHY THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER SUCH FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AGAINST CONSUMERS OUT THERE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS LIKE MYSELF AND SO MANY OTHERS OUT THERE.
