I saw the ad for ” Dutch Glow” on TV, & decided to order 1 bottle for $10 plus shipping & handling. I went to their website & placed an order at which point I had to enter my credit dard information, which I did. I was repeatedly asked to buy various other items, such as a mitt, polishing cloth, etc. I didn’t want any of these, so I repeatedly clicked ” no thanks,” to no avail. I finaly just logged off & didn’t think I had placed the order, but this a.m. I found that they had billed my credit card for $27.90. This is definitely fraud. I filled out an FTC report but the final page said ” we’re sorry, but we cannot accept information, as the website is not functioning.” Our Government in action .
